It's Coming ...

Another birthday has rolled around -- definitely older, but not so sure about being any wiser!  To celebrate, we have taken ourselves and Mabel off to the Adirondack Mountains in New York State for a couple of days at the fabulous old "camp" once owned by William Avery Rockefeller, and now a luxury hotel called The Point.  We're even staying in Mr. Rockefeller's old bedroom!

As you can see, Autumn is not far off -- hard to believe in this summer heat, but Mother Nature doesn't lie!  Extra shows the lovely welcome extended to Mabel -- water and food dishes, a tennis ball, poop bags (!), a towel for dirty paws, some water, and some mysterious chicken-flavoured brew called "Bowser Brew".  I don't think she'll ever want to go home!
