National Gallery

Today’s was my wife’s birthday so we had a day off work and leisurely went into London. Why does a Wednesday strolling in central London feel so different to a Saturday? Is it a bit like skiving off school?
Our day included they annual BP Portrait Award at the National Portrait Gallery, refreshment at the Lamb & Flag, and late lunch at Wahacca on the south bank watching the world go by. Dinner in Richmond at Chez Lindsey. A lovely day and a happy gorgeous wife. Perfect
