The Black Swan

We've had a really nice day with our friends John and Jennie. They arrived in time for coffee, and then we walked down to Waterside and The Dirty Duck, one of our favourite eating places.

There we had a good lunch of Haddock and Chips, with mushy peas of course, and a pint of IPA. We had a table near the window, and this is the view we had.

It was then back to ours via the riverside walk and Old Town for tea and mince pies in front of an open log fire.

All in all, excellent!
