Sticky Orange Cake

This is Nigella's Sticky Orange Cake...it's lush and hard to resist. If you Google it you will get the recipe....finally I know the secret of making sticky cakes! I'm starting to get into cake making as a 'to do' at the weekends. I've found it helps me to relax if I am left to my own devices in the kitchen with some music on in the background.

I've got a slightly hectic evening trying to finish off some work before I see my tutor to discuss my disastrous it probably isn't that bad but it feels that way sometimes chapter 3 tomorrow plus I have an early start with other things. Life feels busy at the moment.
