Lollies

“Mentos” chosen by Leo as his treat. He and Maddy are staying the night. First we went for a walk, then Leo chose what to eat for tea. Maddy chose what bed they were sleeping in. Then we played KenKen, LEGO, UNO and Pick up Sticks. Leo had a play with my iPad and took an hour and a half movie of nothing.....as the cover was still on. It’s lucky I can delete it. they can’t agree on a movie so they are watching a gardening show.

Bobs birthday today so we went up to the local for lunch with Nina, Maddy, and Grange. Maddy had an afternoon off school as she was in a district sports carnival. She isn’t very speedy but was obviously having fun. It was held in the sports ground at the end of our street so we popped in on our morning walk. I haven’t been to a sports carnival since I was at high school.
