...erected on Queen Victoria’s 60th anniversary in 1897. Incipient rain prevented crowding of the lovely place this morning. After having returned to our base, the sun shone for a moment, see as first extra. The second extra is from the afternoon, at Chapman's Pool, with a breeze in the air.
