Keys

Today has mostly been spent suffering the pain of a 24 hour blood pressure monitor! I would have thought to be honest in these days of micro electronics that they would have come up with a mini device you could wear on your wrist rather than a flippin’ enormous cuff round my arm attached to an equally enormous box round my waist!! It is soooo painful I am sure my arm will be black and blue by tomorrow!! How I am going to sleep I have no idea!
