My fave field - mid August

The beautiful yellow of the oil seed rape I photographed a few weeks ago has given way to a more subtle beige as the crop slowly dries. 
I don't think it is a photogenic as the yellow was, but in it's own right it isn't that bad....I can't wait for it to turn really brown ready for harvest!
