A very handsome fella

I have heard Muscovies described as ugly. But I think Billy-Neil one of our two Muscovy ducks is very handsome. He stood still for some time posing whilst having his photo taken.

What a day, weather wise. It rained continuously from 10am to 2pm and at times it was torrential causing minor flooding on the roads.

Most of the time I was indoors at my gym. First a yoga class, followed by zumba and then a relaxing hour or so having coffee with friends. A very quick swim followed by more relaxation in the sauna and steam room. It's a hard life being retired !
