"A" bless him has painted the gate this a.m. but he says it needs another coat . I've potted a couple of miniature fir trees to replace some that suffered in the heat. Washed the bed linen and a few bits , then p.m. I went to get my hair cut etc. Not much else done today except for booking a table for lunch on Sunday. As my brother in laws girls are away on hols I thought he'd like a bit of company . He's just had a few lumps and bumps excised ( melanoma !) recently bereaved I'm just trying to support a little.

Grateful .... my daughter rang and said they were safely home from their holiday.
