For the new cake testers.

Things have been a bit out of sorts for the past week or so but a bit of home baking helps put the smiles on the faces in our household.

"A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down..."

This batch of cakes is destined for my new cake testers K&D so I can have a less biased review of my attempts...

There are strawberry & vanilla iced with jam sponge; vanilla sponge with chocolate icing & sprinkles; and chocolate sponge with chocolate icing (never too much chocolately goodness right?!).

Now here's hoping K will stay out of this tin (the cakes are counted with photographic evidence)!
