The big move was today. It went well, a bit like a military operation. As well as the removal truck there were three other vehicles of children, parents and grandparents travelling from Sydney to the Blue Mountains. Thankfully for once the traffic was light.

Unpacking isn't as bad as packing (less urgency) but equally chaotic.
The four older children spent the day with their cousins who now live quite close.
My task for the first couple of hours was to nurse baby Jane who was a bit unsettled. That was very pleasant but I then gave her to the other grandmother a break and did my share of work.

It was a pretty cold day but the best thing was the house is nice and warm.

The main blip is Bec and Jane showing off her big smile.
The extra is everyone having the first dinner at the new house.
