Do the Hokey Pokey....That's What it is All About!

This Pelican looked so funny as he was attempting to preen himself; it looked like he was doing the Hokey Pokey dance. Perfect for Silly Saturday. Pelicans may be my go to for Silly Saturday every week!!  :-)) It isn't the clearest shot but the funnest! ( The extra is a little clearer, but not quite as funny.)

As you can see, we came back over to the beach today. I have my charger cord back but it has been a long day finishing up stuff at home, driving over, unpacking, crabbing & cooking the crab for dinner. 

While on the boat waiting for crabs to crawl into our traps, we rode around the bay and  saw lots of different birds.....but the pelicans were the most entertaining. The cutest was a Common Murre with his baby! The meanest were the Sea Gulls fighting over food. 

It was a very good day....now good night.
