Ugh

I had to take the day off work today as I had a really funny turn when I got up. I couldn't get my brain in gear properly, then almost passed out on the landing. I threw up once, then crawled back into bed and zonked out til gone 11am. I managed a small lunch but I'm still feeling a little wobbly and weird. Fingers crossed whatever this is passes soon!
