Density

There's a planning application in to demolish this two-storey row of shops on Leith Walk and replace it with multi-storied stuff - the usual thing, shops, offices, student housing..... I bet the shops wouldn't be the same as the existing ones. A couple of tenants have departed already so their shops have been boarded up, hence Leith is venting all over the hoardings. Is Edinburgh Uni involved in the application - dunno?
