Cheese and Tomato Tart

Tasted so delicious that I had to blip it.  It was a recipe I found somewhere, easy to make and so light.

A mixture of sunshine and showers today - brilliant sunshine as I type this but I can see more rain clouds across the bay heading this way.

A day at home catching up on things.
