What can I say about today ....

Other than it was trying for both of us. 

We spent the morning in the emergency room ... not for me but for R. 

I won't go into detail to protect his privacy.  But I will tell you that everything is semi okay .... he has a concussion.  Rest is the best treatment plan for him. 

Which is going to be very difficult for a normally very active person.
