What is this?

Last evening at the in laws before heading to Sweden tomorrow.
Nothing much to report. Wet all day but managed to waste the day doing nothing!

I have no idea what sort of a flower this thing is - it was very weird and not to my liking. I always seem to struggle for blips at my in laws.
