Cyclamen

Bog eyed this evening. Have had a day of phone calls and paper work!! Annoyed after call to the firm trying to sort my ppi. On checking the forms they had made a mistake, and no excuse as they had the details, and then wanted me to sit with the phone on my ear waiting for head office and playing this continuous tape on how good they are at getting money for you!!! End of Rant for today.
