Seen better days

I loved this combination of faded rose and weathered shutters on a farmhouse that we passed on today's walk.

9.2 k around the south west of Lathus on Boucle no 12 of L'Aiguail de la Gartempe. A gorgeous day of blue skies and fluffy white clouds, with a pleasant breeze. Would have preferred cooler but 24C is what we got.

Woke to the sound of gunshots today so I guess it must be the 1st of September. Trying not to be depressed about it.
