Back in time

This evening I went down to Troon to have dinner with my brothers who were staying there for the night.

The three of us were brought up in that douce wee seaside town and my extra picture is of us together at dinner - the first time for ages.

The main picture is , however, of the surroundings. Before meeting up Cathleen and I took Rula for a walk along the beach - something I would have done with the family pets hundreds of times when I was young. Though I worked out that the last time was (probably) around 50 years ago ...
