broken record!

After a lovely hot radox bath last night I felt fine this morning and went to pilates. I know I'll suffer again tomorrow!
A bit of shopping then I spent the afternoon updating my holiday photo frame and completing the frames on my living room wall. The abstract is the living room wall put in roll world and it looks like a broken record to me.
