Sammy Checkin Oot a Volkswagen Polo

A lovely flat calm day, and I've adjusted home again, as it felt warm too, especially when the sun was out.

The morning was spent around the house, and then mam and Elise popped by.  Finally mam's late birthday present arrived, a commissioned lamp done locally.  Elise spent the afternoon with us, and we headed out for a run in the boat.  We headed to Skeld, as friends are there for the weekend with the caravan.  Been down to mam's this evening, and a walk too.  Off out with friends later. 

While at Skeld, me and Elise took Sammy for a walk along the shore, cut through some fields and the road back again.  As we passed an old croft house, we discovered this old wreck at the back.  Poor old Volkswagen Polo has seem better days, and sad to see such a lovely old car rot into the ground.  Taken above the East Booth, Easter Skeld.
