A contented smile

And why is Kalyn smiling?  All our girls love getting back rubs and foot rubs, although our daughter says that she rarely gets any.  Apparently the granddaughters get preferential treatment!  G was giving Kalyn a foot rub (see extra), and she was relaxing and enjoying it.
We had a quick visit with Krista and Dan to see Raisin the Hairless Cat, then all of us except for Kalyn went out for dinner to a pub at SFU.  Marky met us there.  Kalyn was with her team getting ready for the game.  The girls won on Thursday (3 sets to 1) and lost tonight (1 set to 3), but tonight's game was much faster and more exciting.  They could have won the 4th set but lost 28-26.  We still enjoyed watching very much even though Kalyn isn't playing.  One of her teammates from her club team who is also red shirting sang our national anthem beautifully!
Because SFU plays in the NCAA, all of the competition comes from the US, so of course both anthems are played before the games.
Renovations happening at our daughter's house, so I helped as much as I could to get some things cleared away before the major work starts on Monday.  Looking forward to seeing the changes.
