Oh boy, frustrating day, I won't go into it.

But I did get a bunch of stuff done around the house in anticipation of moving back in this week. Completed the coats on the windows sills etc, reaffixed all the window latches, completed sealing bathroom tiles, fixed the stove range hood, and I dunno, a bunch of other stuff.

Then had dinner with friends, and picked up Mrs PS who was back from Wellington. And collapsed.

The big picture is that our repairs, on the scale of things, are minor. Compounded however by a number of issues on the outside, work etc ...
