Solace Day 7 In The Narrows

The Mate wanted needed to visit a vapers' shop that was closed yesterday so we went back down into Llangollen. It occurred to me to go into a charity shop and buy a nice whisky glass so I don't have to be user of the tall tumbler I blipped the other day. ! I found a nice moulded and etched glass one!

The blip is of one of the narrow sections above Llangollen where one of the crew has to go ahead to ensure no boats are approaching before we enter the narrow stretches. The walkie-talkies were a great addition to our kit!

So, it was back over the 126' high aqueduct today. I put a pic of the lovely trees we passed over in Extras. How great will that view be next month?
