Sieving

The three of us had another trip to Heron Mill this morning. A really good guided tour with coffee and biscuits in the price. This is one of the volunteers sieving the flour ready for bagging. We bought some spelt and wholemeal flour.

That was followed by lunch at the neighbouring Beetham Nurseries garden centre.
