SPOT THE BUTTERFLIES

I met a friend for coffee and a catch-up this morning while my computer was supposed to be downloading updates. I'm a bit miffed that I failed to get all three butterflies in focus - or indeed fully in the frame - but it was good to see the Painted Lady, Small Tortoiseshell and Small Copper all together - not to mention the bee and a Small White that was well outside the possible scope of the photo! I think I'm going to get one of these asters for my front garden next year. It seems to be very popular with the butterflies

The grand computer updating has been frustratingly slow. I'm still only about halfway there because everything kept stalling when I wasn't actually here to watch it happening, which is marginally less interesting than watching paint dry. I think tomorrow I'm going to have to fork out some actual dosh to get proper updates for some things, which I blimmin object to.
