two for joy ......

Thank goodness, I always hate seeing just one magpie!! but these two have been around all summer and I have seen a few more in the garden too. They are stunning looking birds but I don't care for their raucous voices or when they are on their egg-stealing missions.

Been a miserable and wet day here so T and I have had a day of .... shopping .... for food mostly but did discuss and look for C.......s pressies for the whole of our tribe. Perhaps T and I should just escape to warmer climes and return in time for the January sales!
