Coughton

We went to Coughton Court after lunch.  Coffee was followed by a walk in the grounds and gardens.

For tea I made a aubergine and courgette ratatouille topped with a dessicated coconut and ground almond topping.

The theme for today's Abstract Thursday hosted by Ingeborg is 'eyetwisting'.  Well this could be the inside of somebody's twisted eye, well in my twisted mind, based on a succulent plant in the Trust's garden, see extra.
