London Day 7

After a coffee at a very nice deli round the corner and a walk to Little Venice we took the train from Paddington to Kew Gardens.  We had a look round the village of Kew and found a cafe for a spot of lunch.

Emma arrived a little later and we all walked down the road to the gardens.  We were in time to take the train tour around the park then went for a little stroll.  There is currently an exhibition of glass sculptures by Dale Chihuly interspersed amongst the trees, plants and in the waterlily house, very impressive. I was unsure which to blip so I created a collage of four of the pieces.

We finished up with a drink and chat in one of Kew' s restaurants before we parted ways.

On return to Paddington we went back to the deli for a delicious salmon, roasted veg and pasta salad evening meal.
