Still something to eat...

...in the far corner of the pasture. The load of feed I brought the previous morning lasted until evening. Filled the feeder from a small field where I could get just that one load. It took about an hour to drive the chopper there, fetch the trailer, fill it and bring it back, and bring the chopper back home. A lot of work for a load of grass that is worth about one round bale, but the bales are worth more than usually now.

In the day installed new insulation (against the ground freezing) in front of the garage back door with my father. We did the front side last week. Hoping it's now better as last winter was very difficult when the frozen ground made it difficult to keep the doors opening normally for several weeks.

My flu was getting worse. I was quite exhausted.

It had rained four more millimetres at night.
