I didn’t bring Spirit in and put him into the garage for the worst of the storm like I have done in the past.

I used to put Spirit, Peace & Neenah altogether in the garage during the peak of hurricanes. They hated it and would make a racket the whole while but I knew they were safe and they had each other.

This storm, I couldn’t bring myself to separate Spirit and MiniMe as they are such good buddies. There is no way I could put MiniMe inside as she would go berserk.

The two of them sheltered under Jim’s front porch coming to my porch for feeding times.

I know they are happier being together.
