Another day of schlepping around looking at overpriced sucky real estate.  When house shopping one also has to bear in mind the SF micro climates, 5 minutes drive to another neighborhood and you are in fog.


Peninsula real estate moves even faster than SF.  For the second time in a week a San Mateo house we'd planned to see has already sold.  None of this feels good.

Up to Portland tomorrow, I am looking forward to the break.  And a haircut.  AND seeing a few buddies.
