Over London

A long day of travel, beginning before dawn at 6am and ending as midnight approaches in Dunoon. This is the view as we flew over London this afternoon - you can see London Bridge and the Shard if you look closely.

I hate the gaps in travel, the hordes of people, the competition to get massive cases into overhead lockers in planes. I did however admire the train service between Heathrow terminals 3 and 5, and I loved the noodles we had time to eat in Wagamama.

And now we’re home, and it’s over, this frail travelling coincidence ..
