Exmouth Marina

A big hole in the ground has appeared since I last visited Exmouth; a marina has been constructed inside the western end of the promenade.  It is surrounded by colourful apartments that, I would guess, sell at a premium price.  I can't remember what had previously occupied this site but the new development is very smart and modern.
