The Spirit of Blipfoto

Sinterklaas visited me yesterday, in the form of a lovely young woman in The Netherlands that I have never met.

Regine and I exchanged addresses because we both love to get mail from other countries, but I was amazed when not a postcard, but a package, arrived!! Her beautiful card told me that she loves sending presents, and so I was the thrilled recipient of cookies and candy that traveled halfway around the world.

So apologies to all of the blippers who don't like to hear about Christmas early, but I love to think of the spirit of giving existing year round, so I'm sharing the feeling that Regine sent to me with all of you....
