More produce

We harvested some apples ready for juicing and I made Apple and Damson jam.
Rob made some more excellent loaves with this really great flour from Booths called Nelstrops. It has changed his bread, it’s a malted grain and has good natural gluten structure. Guess what’s for breakfast!
