At home: new shoes x

Ive held off buying my boys football boots. The school would like them to be worn. I don't like subscribing to the mass spend on equipment for boys. It seems that in the football shoe department, you could leave the shop with 3 pairs of footie boots. One pair for playing on a hard surface like tarmac, One pair for mud and grass, and one pair for astro turf. And thats just for football.

Beau has managed with bog standard trainers until now. He is a natural at football. Well, if running Forest Gump with the ball and scoring like a man possessed counts, that makes him a good footballer to me. He beamed, when he opened the new box with his new footie shoes inside. They are 'blade' boots. Don't ask! x
