Sunset over the Park

A cloudy morning with a cold wind, sunny afternoon and evening.

A busy morning washing and getting clothes ready for storage.

A quiet afternoon, with Alan making the evening meal inspired by Jamie in Italy.  Beef Papperdelle.   Rolled skirt of beef cooked in vegetables and tomatoes.   We used Brisket but will try to get the Skirt next time.   The ragu served as a first course with pasta and the meat as a second served with green beans.   Very tasty.
