Barber shop

this is a back blip

I was walking in Ilkley...yes I walk too not just run...on Sunday afternoon and going through an alley I noticed this dim light but quite striking coming from somewhere. It almost felt cinematic and I was expecting to see a sign flickering and making the short circuit sound.

The place was the barber shop, closed at that time but beautifully lit making it look very cute. My mind drifted straight away to a barber shop in New Orleans, not sure why I made that association in my mind and it was then I took the camera out an tried to capture the scene.
