Late sunshine

After a thoroughly wet morning, the sun finally came out, and it has been a blustery afternoon with blue skies and scudding white clouds.
The sun picked out the red leaves of the plumbago that is in a pot by my front door. The flowers are deep blue but are insignificant amongst the lovely red leaves.
We had a tasty roast loin of pork for lunch, and there is plenty left over to enjoy on Monday and Tuesday.
