Worcester

Had a nice time drinking tea at a tea house in my hometown with one of my ex-colleagues. The cafe opened in 2015, but neither of us knew of it. Located at typical Japanese countryside with vast rice fields, the cafe apparently had British atmosphere, decorated with lots of ornaments; and this cloth was one of them, with the name of Worcester on it.

I've known that 'Worcester' is pronounced like 'Wooster,' which my ex-colleague found surprising and I know the feeling. I love place names whose spelling doesn't seem to match the pronounciation.

I hope to come to the tea house again, and if I'm hungry enough then,  I'd like to try what is called Afternoon tea, which I never experienced while in the UK.
