Thanks for all the encouraging comments on my street portrait from yesterday.

I am still getting used to the new PC and, more especially the new versions of Adobe Software. I cannot believe how different they both are from the versions which were supposedly updated regularly on the old PC.

One issue to note, for anyone else who finds themselves having to transfer their Creative Cloud programs to a new computer, be careful about the names of the programs you download to the new machine. 

I started by loading Lightroom CC (the name of the program on the old machine) and I tried to get used to this very different version. Then I discovered, quite by accident two days later, that the program I should have requested has been renamed Lightroom Classic CC. The other one is a different version intended for use on mobile devices.
