Horses and Canola at Cowra

Today we travelled to Cowra, a couple of hours south west of Blackheath, to have a joint dinner with the Cowra Rotary Club.

During the afternoon we took the opportunity to visit the horse stud nearby where we have a yearling filly (2nd from left) and a mare and foal.

The countryside is looking pretty good as it’s a bit less affected by the drought here.
The canola crops (extra) are particularly stunning.
