Bluebells

Bluebells from my garden, as a Still Life.  Haven't done a Flower Friday for ages.  Thanks Annie for hosting this forever. 

On the bikes early this morning and did a reasonable length of time.  My quads are feeling stronger, but hector not my lungs.  We have too many hills around our area.
