Alex is 28 tomorrow so an excuse for cake (with a unicorn candle of course!) Gluten and dairy free Lemon cake with polenta and ground almonds. Delicious.

Today would have been mum's 89th birthday.

I have several mouth ulcers. Continual low level stress is the likely cause.
