Difficult Day

I got a letter today from an insurance company saying that they'd been trying to ring me all week and hadn't been able to reach me.  They also said that I HAD to phone them back.

It's weird that there have been no missed calls on my mobile and there have been no messages left on our landline.  I suspect that someone is not telling the truth here, and it isn't me.

And terribly sorry but using the telephone is not something I can do at the moment. It just stresses me out too much.  So, I've sent them an E-Mail.  I offered alternatives to a phone call and explained why I can't phone them.

We shall see what happens.  I'm not optimistic.  Bureaucracy and flexibility are seldom bedfellows.
