Evening glow

I had been keen to get rid of this amalanchier and am so glad I was persuaded to keep it. The grasses beneath have slightly reddish leaves too and the whole looks like it might have even been designed (which, of course, it has, by a much cleverer person than me).

A busy day with appointments here and there: Poppydog hydrotherapy appointment, at which she still looks pained; a good talk with my homeopath; and my final skin clinic appointment - it felt very good to get discharged.
