Day 21 of the November Daily Challenge - Shoes

Two and a half weeks ago I had 2 plans for this week, I seem to be well and truly on plan B (but so far only ankle deep in mud/bog).

Wednesday was promising to be the driest and sunniest (as in the only dry and sunny) day of the week, so after a pre-breakfast trip to Nichol End on Derwent Water we headed south to Grasmere where JohnGravett demonstrated the value of a pair of hunter wellies.

(I had planned originally on blipping how my boots were surviving following their preparation, but couldn't resist this one.)
